You should write that story! *g* I definitely feel like there's so much here to get into, and I certainly don't have the time to take it on. And yeah, I think that's an endlessly fascinating dynamic -- what if you're coming in to replace not someone's working partner but their lover, and what if it's someone you're attracted to also?
